Part of Boone’s web-based healthcare services is the ability to schedule a mammography through boone.org. As part of our effort to improve the health of the people and communities we serve, we have made online mammography scheduling as simple as possible. Just follow these three steps:

Log in with your user name and password. If you haven’t created an account before, simply click the New Account link to do so. Once logged in, click Schedule Mammography in the left hand menu. |

After reviewing our privacy policy, and updating your contact information
if needed, proceed to the questionnaire. These are the same questions
that are asked when scheduling a mammogram over the telephone. Note: A Social Security number is not required, but the process will go faster if you provide one. |

Schedule your mammogram by entering the date that best fits your schedule. You are able to select multiple morning and afternoon openings. Once you have selected your times, submit your scheduling request and the process is complete. |
